**Kelly Services is seeking a Clamp Forklift operator for a busy Metals manufacturer located in Franklin, TN 37064** **Job Title:** Sit Down Clamp Forklift Operator **Job Shift:** 2nd **Schedule:** Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm **Pay:** $18/hour **Summary:** Join our team as a Sit Down Clamp Forklift Driver in a metals manufacturing environment. We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience or a forklift certification. As a forklift driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move and transport materials within our facility. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Safely operate a sit-down Clamp forklift to move and transport materials within the manufacturing facility. + Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas using the forklift. + Stack and organize products in designated areas. + Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure its proper functioning. + Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. **Qualifications and Skills:** + Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing environment OR a valid forklift certification. + Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift, including loading, unloading, and stacking materials. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. + Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. **Company Culture:** At Kelly, we value teamwork, safety, and excellence.
