Aon is currently recruiting a Claims Services Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like
+ Hands-on management of claims in all classes of commercial lines insurance, includes but not limited to EC, PDBI, PAR, Motor, PPL, Marine Cargo, CAR
+ Handle related enquiries from client, insurer or relevant parties and review claims dispute
+ Prepare claims reports for business units
+ Work closely with internal business units and clients at operational level requiring liaising and coordinating with insurers and third party services providers such as loss adjusters, rehabilitation managers and lawyers
+ Provide guidance and coaching to team members in claims management
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ University graduate or equivalent experience, with minimum 5 years working experience in claims management is highly preferred
+ IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) will be added advantage
+ Knowledge on all classes of general insurance is preferred
+ Claims handling experience in insurer or insurance broking firm
+ Team work is essential whilst being proactive and working independently
+ Must be able to understand and interpret policy wordings precisely and apply the same to real claim cases
+ Results oriented, self-motivated, and accountable on assigned task
+ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Cantonese)
+ Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
