A day in the life.
As our Claims Service Representative on the Claims team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations specifically within the employee benefits side of claims. You will gather claim information related to health and wellness benefits, assist clients and members with their inquiries and coverage questions. You’ll be the go-to person for gathering necessary documentation, updating members on their claim status, and collaborating with our Claims Consultants to resolve any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help us maintain strong relationships with our clients, members and service teams and ensure their needs are met.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,200 to $71,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
