Claims Script Processor

We are looking for someone who wants to work and doesn't mind being sedentary. High level the position would consist of the following:
1. Reviewing incoming faxes from our mobility exam paperwork. From there you would score the paperwork on the likelihood a power chair is needed
1. After scoring the faxes are mastered, outbound phone calls will be made to doctor's offices asking for them to resend paperwork for missing items. (ie missing page, signature, diagnosis)
1. After the outbound phone calls have been mastered, the person would start to take inbound phone calls. Typically the people are calling in to get a status update where they are in the process to receive their wheelchair (ie we are waiting for more information from the doctor, we are waiting for an auth from the insurance company etc.)
2. Must have insurance claims experience
The hours would be Monday - Friday - 8:30 - 5:00. If the person is needed to go onsite, the hours would be 8-5. This is a temp - hire opportunity.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
