The Opportunity
To support our growth and pan-European ambitions, we are creating a new position for a Claims Relationship Manager. This role will primarily focus on managing broker relationships in Spain.
As part of the Claims department, you will be a cornerstone of our client service strategy, ensuring the highest quality of claims service delivery. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues across Claims, Underwriting, and Distribution to strengthen client satisfaction and support our business development goals.

Contribute to the development and implementation of the claims customer service strategyEnsure process and procedure optimization, and propose areas for improvementSupport Claims Managers and Underwriting Team Leaders in business acquisition and retentionEnsure effective coordination between claims and underwriting activitiesCollaborate with marketing teams to promote the service offeringBuild strong relationships with business partners and service providersEnsure the implementation of service/treatment solutions aligned with customer complaintsReview and monitor the execution of claims management commitmentsAbout You
You have significant experience in a similar role or in claims handling (financial lines and/or property and/or liability)You are fluent in English (spoken, written, and read) and have experience working in an international environmentYou have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate diplomacy, and possess strong writing abilitiesYou are capable of building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholdersYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a creative and curious mindsetYou possess solid interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization and have strong influencing capabilities
