Join our team as a Claims Processor and play a vital role in supporting homeowners through the insurance claims process after property damage events like storms, fires, or floods. As a Loss Drafts Associate, you’ll manage claims from initial report through repair completion, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate service. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills will shine. Key Responsibilities + Handle approximately 25 inbound calls per day from homeowners, contractors, and insurance agents. + Assist clients in navigating the claims process and releasing funds for property repairs. + Document all interactions and claim details in a multi-screen computer system and Excel. + Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with claim guidelines before fund disbursement. + Stay composed and empathetic when dealing with frustrated or emotional customers. + Participate in intensive training including shadowing and classroom learning to master the process. ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: + 1+ year of office experience in customer service, administrative, data entry, or production roles. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask using multiple monitors and programs. + Typing speed of 35+ WPM. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Perfect attendance during the first 3–4 weeks of training (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). + Willingness to work fully on-site for the first 3–6 months. + Active internet connection at home (for future hybrid eligibility).
