Requirements

\n\n Type at least 35 WPM\n Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent\n Must be able to submit to complete a pre-employment screening\n Must be at least 18 years of age\n\n

About the Role: 

\n

As a Transaction Processing Associate II, you will provide document review and data entry support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration. 

\n

As a Transaction Processing Associate II, you will be responsible for: 

\n\n Perform data-entry and adjudication of Medicaid Claims data in the company systems\n Verify and process insurance claims\n Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and industry regulations\n Respond to client inquiries on a timely basis\n Perform all other duties and tasks assigned\n\n

Those successful in this role:

\n\n Attention to detail with a positive and energetic attitude. \n Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, multi-task, and manage time effectively. \n Ability to work independently and part of a team\n Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge.\n Punctuality, time management and a sense of urgency\n Strict adherence to safety rules and company policies and guidelines\n Experience in medical claims data-entry or similar a plus\n Able to analyze data processes and make recommendations and informed decisions as needed\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00.
