Claims Processor (Remote) 

\n

Are you detail-oriented with claims experience and looking for a remote opportunity where your performance is rewarded? We’re hiring Claims Processors to join our team!

\n

Pay & Schedule:

\n\n Training Pay: $18/hour (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST) 6-8 weeks\n Post-Training Pay: Piece rate + performance-based pay\n \n Hitting standard goals? Earn $18/hour\n High performers have the potential to earn even more\n \n Production Hours: Start at 8 AM EST and work until \"clean desk\" meaning your day ends when the work is complete\n\n

Important Requirement:
You must be comfortable working on camera for your full shift during both training and production. This is a key part of the role.

What We’re Looking For:

\n\n Previous claims processing or related experience\n Strong keyboard and MS Office skills\n Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities\n Ability to multi-task efficiently\n High school diploma or GED\n\n

Additional Requirements:

\n\n Must be 18 or older\n Must pass a criminal background check (includes employment and education verification)\n Must have reliable internet (Download ≥ 25 Mbps, Upload ≥ 5 Mbps, Ping ≤ 175 ms)\n Must connect via Ethernet (not Wi-Fi)\n Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see list below)\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.  The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00-$18.00 per hour.
