This involves conducting file reviews, implementing quality assurance techniques, and collaborating with claims teams to enhance performance in alignment with business objectives.
Your New Role:
Assist in engaging with the business for the strategic direction of claims management practices. Maintain high knowledge and expertise through training and industry networks. Demonstrate compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Act as an internal escalation point for customer communication and engagement. Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to claims teams. Assist in the analysis and reporting of results and trends. Ensure audits, analyses, and reports are completed to a high standard and on time. Provide coaching to individuals based on review outcomes. Monitor and implement improvement plans for performance management. Follow up on timely completion of action items from audits and health checks. Ensure claims operations comply with policies and regulations, manage risk controls, and support strategic governance through audits, assessments, and stakeholder collaboration Drive data-driven insights to support claims governance, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives through process reviews, system enhancements, and industry best practice.
