The Opportunity
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Commerical Property Claims Officer who has managed end-to-end claims.
Your new role
You will be providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.
Managing both Commercial and Domestic Claims and will be primarily Property Claims.
Maintain current knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes.
Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly.
Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims.
Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines.
Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies.
Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
About you
Must have end to end commercial property insurance claims experience
A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands
A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
Solution focused, pride yourself in providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact.
Self-motivated maintaining high levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge.
