Claims Executive – Real Estate Are you an experienced Claims Executive with a passion for Real Estate and looking to take the next step in your career? Aon is currently recruiting an insurance Claims Executive to join our Real Estate Claims team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the claims accounts of a portfolio of Real Estate clients across the UK and Pan-European markets. You’ll provide expert technical advice, oversee insurer and service provider relationships, and ensure the highest standards of claims servicing and client support. This is a hybrid working opportunity, offering flexibility to work virtually and from our flagship London office. Occasional overseas travel may also be required. What the day will look like As a Real Estate Claims Executive your key responsibilities will involve: + Reporting into the Global & Specialty Claims Director + Gain and maintain a working knowledge of allocated clients’ business structure and operations, key personnel, service providers and claims service requirements. + Implement a claims management programme that meets allocated clients’ claims service requirement. Ensure the claims process and key claims contacts are documented in a Claims Procedure Guide. + Regularly reviews claims service and claims activity for allocated clients. Provide feedback on service to loss adjusters and insurers. + Organise and document claim review meetings with allocated clients, including the production of the Agenda and Minutes. Attend and support client service team at general client review meetings, as required. + Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant Markets, service providers, allocated clients and their managing agents. + Provide technical advice and support to allocated clients on all claims related matters and individual claims up to the value of £750,000.00 – for claims above £750,000.00, provide support to Global & Specialty Claims Director as required. + Collect, collate, review and provide regular claims data and claims management information to allocated clients. + Collect, collate, review and provide claims data for renewal purposes to client service team upon request in respect of allocated clients.
