Job Description
The Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor is responsible for ensuring consistency of estimating practices for, the Good Hands Repair Network repair facilities, and compliance to best practices. The individual conducts physical and/or virtual re-inspections and analyzes complex estimates prepared by Allstate or the Good Hands Repair Network shops.Who is Allstate:

Makes corrections and repair recommendationsCompletes physical re-inspections, ride-a longs, and/or desk reviews of adjuster and/or vendor repair estimates and other assigned claims to ensure adherence to estimating best practices and process and documentation complianceSelects complex estimates for reinspectionResearches and responds to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issuesMakes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been metDevelops, manages and audits relationships with network vendorsMonitors network utilization and identifies potential need for expanded or new networksParticipates in calibration activities with the Claims organizationCollaborates with leadership regarding inspection or file review resultsProvides information on reinspection results to ensure vendors, repair facilities, and technicians are following Allstate specific guidelines and proceduresEducation
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Experience
