What will you bring?
The Claims Coordinators provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of Claims Administration, to be successful in this position you will:Be proactive, curious and a confident communicatorHave an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer serviceSpeak to brokers, clients, claimants, or medical providersHave good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environmentBe able to interpret information and make appropriate recommendations Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a teamBe able to use IT internal systems on a day-day basisThe successful Customer Service Advisors can expect:
