About the role
Join our team as a Claims Consultant, where you'll use your extensive experience to manage the assessment of all Lump Sum claims, including TPD and Specific Injury type claims.
Utilise your empathy, communication, and time management skills to implement effective vocational rehabilitation strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
In this key role you’ll
Take ownership of the prompt and precise assessment and management of all Lump Sum
Analyse and understand complex financial informationEngage proactively with customers and advisers through regular calls, ensuring seamless communication and thorough documentationContribute to the technical feedback process as well as identify areas for process improvement Collaborate in dynamic forums like the Claims Round Table to drive exceptional customer outcomes
To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following
Excellence in Active Case Management, coupled with the implementation of best practices2+ years of experience in expertly assessing Lump Sum claims, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in the claims processProven expertise in collaborating with third-party providers and adept at conducting impactful case conferencesStrong relationship-building and communication skills. Outstanding influence and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
