Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Claims Advocate. As the Claims Advocate, you will work within the Claims Department as a liaison between clients, adjusters, lawyers, insurance companies, claims management, and other related client services. Your primary role will be assisting the Claims team in achieving the deliverables promised to our clients.

In this role, you will:

Report claims for select clientsRespond to clients’ and internal team members’ requests for basic claim informationServe as claims advocate on behalf of client as directed by Claims teamMonitor assigned claims and escalate coverage and claim management issuesAccess carrier websites and prepare loss runs as needed/requestedAssist Claims team in preparing for claims reviews by assembling all required data into proper formatPrepare basic analytics
