This position will provide an exciting opportunity to make an impact by influencing the rate of change as we continuously improve our current processes and execute projects to prepare for our future growth. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to building their Risk Management function. This position will work primarily in the corporate office; some remote work will be available for this role.
ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage various claims concurrently with TPA’s and Lawyers· Provide claims analysis and updates to Executive leadership with recommendations for expediting claims resolution.Execute ad hoc projects as needed as prioritized by the CFO and Executive Team

Qualifications and Strengths3 + years of successful claims management experienceExperience with Auto or Transportation Claims is a plus Experience with worker’s compensation Strong written and verbal communication skills Management of claims loss costs and loss expensesClaims review experience with proven ability to keep all parties involved with claim resolution as appropriateActively execute appropriate claims activities to ensure consistent delivery of claims serviceOptimal claims management as measured through aggressive action plans and overall administration as measured by reduction in the average amount paid and average age of cases at time of closing
