The Claims Administrative Assistant will ensure timely and accurate processing of claims-related documentation, maintain organized records, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:Prepare form and template correspondence and other documents for Insureds, Claimants, and other parties.Issue approved payments in a timely and accurate manner.Correctly identify and process incoming mail and documents, including new reported losses and lawsuits.Create and maintain claim records Respond to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds, and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; prior administrative experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Benefits and Perks:2 Medical PlansDentalVision401KExcellent benefits if hired on Your New Organization:Join a financially stable industry leader known for its longevity, integrity, and unmatched expertise in specialty insurance solutions. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
