Our client, a leading international insurance organisation is seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join its Global Markets team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex and varied claims. You’ll be responsible for:
Full lifecycle claims handling including coverage analysis, investigation, and evaluation of policy liability, legal liability, and quantumWorking across Marine, Aviation, Property, or Casualty Claims (experience in any of these is beneficial, but not required)Delivering service excellence to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and settle claims efficiently and fairlyManage your own caseload, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and cost controlCollaborate with a range of professionals including policyholders, brokers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and third partiesSupport and work closely with third-party service providers to maintain service standardsRepresent the company at internal and external meetings, including with brokers and key clientsContribute to key client relationship management through responsive and professional communicationAssist senior adjusters, managers, and underwriters with ad hoc projects and team support
What We’re Looking For
Previous claims handling experience, ideally in complex or commercial linesExperience in Marine, Aviation, Property, or Casualty Claims is a plusStrong customer service skills and professional communication (written and verbal)Progress toward or completion of professional qualifications (e.g. ACII) is preferredA proactive team player who can also manage an independent caseload
