Job Title: Claim Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claim Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving claims initiated by customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to determine whether claims are valid based on contractual terms, service history, and supporting documentation. Key Responsibilities Receive, log, and review incoming credit claims from customers. Analyze account history, service tickets, outage reports, contracts and service order history to determine credit eligibility. Validate claims against company policies, SLAs, and contractual agreements. Communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers. Maintain organized and thorough documentation of investigations and resolutions. Work closely with Finance, Customer Care, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify patterns or recurring issues and escalate when needed for process improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in billing, credit disputes, accounts receivable, or related customer service/investigation roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to dig into data and find answers. Experience interpreting contracts, service level agreements, and company policy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (SalesForce preferred), and other data tools.
