Claim Handling Team Leader

Based in Eger, Hungary, as a Claim Handling Team Leader, you’ll oversee the end-to-end process of handling customer claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions. Your leadership will be key in developing efficient workflows, analyzing claim trends, and working cross-functionally to prevent reoccurrences and enhance customer satisfaction.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead and develop a team of claim handlers, ensuring a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Manage and continuously improve the claim handling process, aligning with internal policies and customer expectations. Act as the key liaison between customer service, sales, legal, logistics, and technical support teams to investigate and resolve claims effectively. Monitor claim KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met. Ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations. Communicate proactively with customers on claim status and resolution. Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and support preventive measures.   For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Electrical, or related field. Minimum two years of experience in claims management, customer service, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and development. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage complexity and resolve issues under time pressure. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office. Native in Hungarian and fluent in English
    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience gained in an automotive specific industrial environment Knowledge of ESD production aspects  Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis. In addition to Hungarian and English, communication skills in another foreign language will be a plus.
