In this role you will have responsibility for leading and managing the international managers and programs, ensuring alignment with both program and company goals and objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams. **_**This is an onsite position that can be located at one of sites in Arizona, Massachusetts, Alabama or Kentucky._** **_**Relocation Assistance is NOT Available_** **What You Will Do:** + Lead and manage international managers and programs, ensuring alignment with both program and company goals and objectives. + Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams. + Oversee the execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes. + Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, customers, and partners through significant international visits + Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. + Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. + Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies. + Represent RTX Corporation at international forums, conferences, and meetings + Ability to travel internationally as needed **What You Will Learn:** + Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen + SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables **Qualifications You Must Have:** + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience + Prior Program/Project Management experience + Prior People Leadership/Management experience + Prior Experience working on and with International Programs and Projects **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. + Proven track record of successful project delivery in the aerospace and defense industry. + Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent). + Experience working with government and defense agencies. + Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets. + Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in aerospace and defense. **What We Offer:** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
