Job Title: Civil Technician

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards and are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and collect relevant data. Draft and review technical drawings and blueprints. Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates. Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform quality control and quality assurance inspections. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for project planning. Assist in the resolution of design and construction issues. Conduct material tests and soil analyses.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
