Bureau Veritas Thailand is looking for a Civil & Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineer who has hitech / semi conducting manufacturing plant project experience, responsible for the overall coordination and management of the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project.
Job responsibilities:
Daily Construction Works Diary (photo, video, activity list) – Morning and Evening Weekly & Monthly Construction Progress Report (GC and LLEs construction works progress) Weekly Quality Report (GC and LLEs construction works progress) Review all T&C scripts, Witness T&C Activities, Review As-Built Drawings and OMM Monitoring all Site related Inspections as per the Approved Shopdrawings Issuance of CSA related NCR Manage RCA documentation (to review and provide comments) after both Design Consultant and Client PM inputs. Daily Report to the DPM of the works carried out. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or relevant experience 5-7 years of experience within CSA, managing large scale projects Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural systems, including design principles, construction methods, and materials Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is advantageous.
