Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
Clough currently has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Civil QC Inspector to join our team on site. The Civil QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural works meet the project’s quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This includes day-to-day inspection, documentation, and reporting of civil construction activities.

Your focus will include:
Monitor and verify compliance with project specifications, international standards (e.g., API, ASTM, ACI, ISO), and client-specific quality plans. Witness and review material testing (e.g., concrete compressive strength, soil compaction, aggregate quality). Prepare inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions. Review and verify contractors’ Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements. Participate in quality audits and site walkdowns. Coordinate with construction, engineering, and HSE teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure quality records are properly maintained and organized for handover and final documentation.
