Summary: The Project Manager oversees municipal infrastructure and public works projects, including roadway improvements and stormwater management. This role involves leading design teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects including roadways, sidewalks, drainage, and utility coordination * Manage all project phases-from concept through construction-ensuring compliance with codes, budgets, and timelines * Evaluate existing systems for upgrades and improvements * Prepare cost estimates, technical specs, and project schedules * Supervise contractors and teams during implementation, monitor progress, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and design adherence * Collaborate with municipal officials, engineers, and the public to ensure project alignment with community needs * Prepare and present status reports, engineering studies, and technical documentation * Ensure compliance with current standards and secure permits as needed * Maintain quality control and resolve project issues effectively * Serve as the technical expert, responsible for sealing construction drawings
