Job Title: Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and change orders while working closely with Site Superintendents. This is a permanent position with a strong emphasis on leadership, accountability, and local market knowledge.

Essential Skills5–10+ years of experience in civil construction project management.Current functioning as a Project Manager.Experience with underground utilities, excavation, and roadworks.Strong familiarity with the Lower Mainland market, including local vendors, permitting processes, and municipal regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with HCSS HeavyJob, Spectrum (accounting), and MS Project.Software training available if needed.Strong project management fundamentals.Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented.Ability to work in a flat organizational structure with shared accountability.Work Environment

This role is office-based with occasional site visits required, overseeing up to three projects at a time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
