Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering design firm who is offering comprehensive services that include civil engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, surveying, and security. They are currently seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join their land development team in Washington, DC and Chantilly, VA! This role involves working on large-scale, mixed-use projects with exciting design opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesWork on large-scale, diverse land development projects for both the public and private sectorsPerform site planning and infrastructure designEngage in land development and stormwater managementUtilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design tasksPrepare and review survey reportsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, security consultants, and surveyorsEnsure project completion within established timelinesEssential Skills3-8+ years of civil engineering experience (land development design projects - stormwater management, site grading, site planning, drainage design, erosion & sediment control, floodplains, etc.)Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DExperience in site planning and infrastructure designBachelors Degree in Civil EngineeringEIT (Engineer-in-Training) Certification or PE (Professional Engineer) License is preferredWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
