ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Civil Engineering Designer  for our Raleigh, North Carolina office. 

What are the primary responsibilities?

Utilize AutoCAD to input design elements prepared by engineersUnderstand drawings and design elements required in a land development plan packagePrepare and assist in completing a House Fit AnalysisPrepare lot gradingPrepare ExhibitsPrepare site grading with Engineer directionDesign utility and road profilesDesign storm pipes given design parametersDesign E&S elementsPerform earthwork calculations

Qualifications

Do you have these qualifications?

7-13 years of experience in the field or previous related experienceAssociates degree or equivalent experienceGeneral knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the land development fieldAutoCAD experience preferredCivil 3D experience is highly preferred
