Job Title: Civil Engineer – ORF

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Civil Engineer to support the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase of Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF). The role involves leading and reviewing civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant infrastructure development for LNG import and regasification terminals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead civil engineering activities during the FEED phase for ORF projects, including site development, foundations, drainage, and structural works. Prepare and review design documents, technical drawings, and construction specifications in accordance with project and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, electrical, geotechnical) to ensure integrated and constructible design solutions. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and constructability reviews. Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP sessions, and interface coordination with contractors and vendors. Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, API, ISO) and local regulations. Support the development of technical scopes for contracts and provide input during tender evaluations. Ensure all engineering deliverables meet project quality and HSE standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong exposure to LNG projects and ORF development. Proven experience in FEED phase design and review of civil and structural systems. Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent. Strong understanding of LNG facility requirements, including coastal and geotechnical considerations. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPC contractors or oil & gas operators. Familiarity with permitting processes and environmental compliance for infrastructure. Professional Engineering License or equivalent certification is a plus.
