Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our growing Design Management Services team in Virginia. This role involves working closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver projects to various clients, including municipalities, counties, commercial, and industrial entities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver engineering projects.Utilize engineering and design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS, to prepare engineering and design documents.Conduct on-site visits as necessary to assess project requirements.Engage in stormwater management, drainage, and grading tasks.Ensure compliance with erosion and sediment control standards.Communicate effectively with team members and clients.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Civil 3D, design, and stormwater management.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal, state, and land development engineering.Active Engineer in Training (EIT) certification for the State of Virginia or ability to complete within 6 months of joining.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Erosion & Sediment Control Experience.Interest and ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license when eligible.Work Environment
Work requires flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days out of the office, depending on workload. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The team values career growth and development in a close-knit, supportive, and team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
