ResponsibilitiesLead municipal infrastructure projects from initial design to final inspection.Craft detailed plans, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules that bring projects to life.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants in design and construction meetings.Oversee construction progress with on-site observations to ensure quality and compliance.Keep projects on track, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining meticulous documentation.Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest industry trends and technologies into your work.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Professional Engineer licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lead and communicate effectively at different organizational levels.Work collaboratively in a team setting.Provide a positive project experience for clients and stakeholders.Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.Self-motivated, coachable, and determined with an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Capacity to quickly adapt as necessary.Work Environment
This role requires in-person attendance and offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly growing company expanding to Sioux Falls.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
