What You’ll Do + Design and develop single-family residential and private commercial and development projects. + Create detailed site plans and engineering designs for drainage, paving, utilities, detention, water/sewer, and stormwater systems. + Use MicroStation (or Civil 3D with willingness to learn MicroStation) to bring your designs to life. + Be the face of the project—engage directly with clients, attend meetings, and ensure satisfaction from start to finish. + Collaborate with city officials and private developers to navigate regulations and secure approvals. + Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals and presentations. What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). + P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain). + 3+ years of experience inland development design. + Proficiency in MicroStation preferred; Civil 3D experience welcome. + Strong knowledge of local/state land development regulations. + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
