Civil Design Specialist
Job Title: Civil Design SpecialistJob Description As a Civil Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business development efforts. You will craft compelling proposals, coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs, and develop engaging content and visuals. Collaboration with project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions are key aspects of this role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, alongside strong writing and editing skills, are essential. Experience in the Civil industry is required. Responsibilities + Craft compelling proposals for business development. + Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs. + Develop engaging content and visuals. + Collaborate with project teams. + Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions. + Ensure high-quality, client-focused submissions. Essential Skills + Proposal development in the Civil industry. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign). + Excellent written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Standard Forms 330. + Quality control and proposal coordination. + Familiarity with RFPs/RFQs. + 2+ years of relevant experience. Work Environment The office is located in Lansing, MI, where you will work an average of 40 hours per week. The environment is professional, with a focus on engineering and architectural design services, construction management, surveying, right-of-way acquisition, and materials testing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
