Citrix Pricing Director
**Position:** Citrix Pricing Director **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Pricing Director to lead the pricing strategy for the Citrix line of business. Reporting to the Sales Strategy Director, this role will be responsible for defining and executing B2B pricing strategies, managing all special pricing requests, and ensuring pricing aligns with business objectives and market conditions. The Pricing Director will lead a small team responsible for validating and producing special pricing, working closely with stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain a competitive edge. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Define and Execute Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. + Manage Special Pricing Requests: Oversee the validation and execution of all special pricing requests, ensuring alignment with business and market needs. + Stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to define pricing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives. + Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze market and competitor pricing data to adjust strategies proactively. + Pricing Automation: Drive pricing automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and maintain competitive pricing in a rapidly evolving market. + Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, technology, and eCommerce teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business growth. + Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a small team responsible for pricing validation and execution, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. **What We Are Looking For:** + Proven experience in pricing strategy development and execution, ideally within a supplier or B2B technology environment. + Strong background in market analysis, competitive pricing, and data-driven decision-making. + Experience leading pricing teams, managing special pricing processes, and working with suppliers. + Understanding of pricing automation tools and their role in competitive pricing strategies. + Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, suppliers, and technology teams to align pricing initiatives. + Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. **Work Arrangement:** Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership. **What’s In It For You :** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
