Professional management and guidance of engineering teams in the company’s plants, both domestically and internationally. Ongoing control management. Implementing information security methodologies in the company’s plants in OT environments. Developing work plans and managing their implementation. Evaluating products/systems. Leading and supporting OT projects in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and IT departments. Providing support in a complex work environment that includes servers, machines, control systems, and communication networks. Conducting risk assessments for information security in OT environments. Qualifications (English) Relevant higher education – mandatory. Graduate of a CISO course – (advantage). Five years of experience in managing and maintaining IT/OT networks and infrastructures in a manufacturing company. Information security expert with hands-on experience and knowledge of security solutions and architecture. Knowledge of implementing and deploying SCADA+OPC systems. Up-to-date knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security breaches across a wide range of technologies and systems. In-depth familiarity with equipment, systems, and communication protocols. Ability to lead processes within organizations. Organizational skills and report writing ability. Familiarity with local and global regulations. Fluent English – mandatory.
