**Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco's suite of communication and collaboration tools. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CER, and other essential Cisco technologies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, and manage Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CER, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center.
+ Utilize Cisco Intelligence Center for contact center reporting and Cisco AQM for call recording.
+ Manage Cisco Expressway and Cisco UCS infrastructure.
+ Support Cisco WebEx (Jabber Voice).
+ Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Border Element and Cisco routers.
+ Handle analog gateways and ensure seamless integration with the communication system.

**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ pay grade 13 range 75,592.7054-113,389.0581 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of directly related experience with communications infrastructure (network/telephony) equipment and procedures or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Considerable knowledge or three (3) to five (5) of network infrastructure and/or telephony infrastructure with general knowledge in the other.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end users, technical staff and vendors of differing professional levels and ability to succeed in an environment of competing priorities.
+ Works well with others on project implementation teams.
+ Effective and logical troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities
+ Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**
+ Operates in a typical office environment or in infrastructure equipment rooms such as telecommunications closets, server rooms, data centers, or telephone system centers. The areas are typically well-lit, temperature-controlled and generally free from hazards. High voltages may be present, and caution is an expected behavior.
+ Lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.
+ Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in person communications.
+ The environment in which the incumbent will work requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same period and adapt to interruptions.
