Job Description o Process, coordinate, track, report, communicate and complete third-party vendor(s)Automated Service Requests (ASRs) orders for provisioning of services work orders as assigned within ASR order management System. An ASR order is defined as an electronic request with assigned tasks to the Supplier for specified locations for a circuit, or circuits, to complete the provided transport engineering design between the locations (ASR Order). o Manage circuit requests from cradle to grave o Review circuit design(s) as received via the circuit inventory intake System of each assigned ASR Order to ensure that there are no discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the received circuit design(s). o Submit ASR, manage workflow and intake communication (circuit design received, order placement, receive confirmations, and validate fulfillment/delivery) o Notate within the ASR Order management System by updating the circuit inventory System with ASR number, order status and order date. o For each completed and fully processed ASR Order, Supplier will receive a Firm Order Commitment (FOC) date , attach the FOC date to the Work Order management System. o Ensure automated population of the circuit inventory system and ASR Order management System with the ASR Order number, circuit ID, FOC dates, worklog and close out ASR Order task. o Read FIRM plans, topology schematics, understand end-to-end continuity and advanced network configurations Manage workflow in a timely manner to all down stream partners o  Identifies roadblocks and anomalies in need of resolution by SCM Team and the AM We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Previously held any sort of role within the telecommunication space with technical admin work  Must be detail oriented  Capable of working within a team as well as individually (this is huge for client, more important than experience)  Ability to learn new applications quickly/high computer literacy  Experience with virtual meeting programs: Teams, WebEx, etc. and how to navigate them. Demonstrate proper business presence when engaged. Ability to present their screen and share their desktop content.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Associates or Bachelors degree Familiar with ethernet provisioning, including ASR submission, OSI layers 1-3, Circuit IDs, MAC and IP Addresses, CIR, and VLAN IDs, etc.  Understand layer 2 and layer 3 provisioning requirements to build virtual connections and provision them using various customer provided tools.  Read customer requirements on an order form and interpret them onto an ASR form for submission and provisioning of the circuit.
