- This is a circle/state level role where incumbent is responsible to get the maximum productivity from the FSE/BDE/Promoters in the designated circle/region.
- Incumbent is required to work closely with respective Zonal Business Managers and Circle Sales Head to drive distribution network.
- Overall responsibility for the program performance from FSE/BDE/Promoter onboarding; training to sales output.
- Ensuring channel engagements – BC agent and BCs engagement program launches and effective driving. Spiel and Template designing for effective communication to BCs and BC agents across the circle/state.
- Channel wise/Territory wise/Zone wise Use case specific Target settings and ensuring Zonal sales team and FSE/BDE/Promoter Teams engagements.
- Engage with vendors in coordination with SCM and get the required promoter resources availability on field.
- Ensuring right quality of customers acquisition across the circle/region though assisted channel.
- Compliance/Regulation adherence – Digital tool usage adherence.
- Respond to a wide variety of queries from field & provide solution in coordination with backend teams.
§ 5-7 years of Sales management experience in Channel Sales/Distribution expansion/ modern trade/running promoter programs in FMCG, Telecom.
§ Experience of channel & distribution management with demonstrated new sales track record.
§ Strong inter-personal and team working ability.
§ Ability to travel as required meeting team and department goals.
§ Cross functional relationship management.
§ Results Orientated with Analytical thinking.
§ Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
§ Multitasking and time management.
