Job Description: Responsibilities: + Customer Complaint + intake and feedback with customers + Assign the complaint case to resolution owners + Communicate with BG for customer accommodations + Communicate with complaint resolution owner + Communicate with DC for the returned goods + Adjustment with Credit Memo/Debit Memo + Track and close the complaint + Credit & AR Collection + Following up for the overdue by eMail , Phone with the customer + BG escalation for the collection if needed + Cash Application support + Credit Blocked order review and Release within policy + Obtain an approval from Credit COE and BG CC to release the credit block + Reporting & Analysis + Complaint Cycle time reporting and monitoring + Overdue % reporting and monitoring + Reasoning for the longer cycle time, overdue, aged backlog + Advanced root cause reporting/Analytics and trending for Cash Council Qualification/Requirement + Proficiency in CRM (SFDC) system and SAP + Experience with data analysis and reporting + Communication skill with customer + Problem-solving ability and experience in root cause analysis + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Fluent English skill (verbal and written) Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
