Adecco is seeking a **detail-oriented Outreach Agent** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 40–60 outbound calls daily to assigned medical providers, using scripts to secure commitments for sending identified medical records to our clients. Success in this role requires strong customer service or sales experience, the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently, and a dedication to high-quality, accurate work while following established operating procedures. Pay- $16/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm Central Time Fully Remote! ***Must be located within 1.5 hours from Dallas, Texas (zip code 75235) for equipment pick up. New hires will have to pick up their equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Contact assigned medical providers by phone to schedule and secure chart retrievals. + Use approved call scripts to encourage providers to send medical records via fax or mail. + Respond promptly to provider questions or concerns with professionalism and accuracy. + Follow up on initial contacts to gain final commitments. + Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguard patient privacy. + Disposition calls correctly and log all call activity and outcomes into designated systems. + Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and quality goals. + Maintain accurate records and data management practices. + Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure progress and address issues constructively. + Demonstrate professional and clear telephone communication at all times. + Be available to appear on camera for meetings or training as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully. + Proven customer service or sales experience; prior phone-based outreach preferred. + Ability to work with multiple applications and screens simultaneously. + Strong telephone communication skills with a pleasant and professional tone. + Ability to meet call targets while maintaining high-quality work. + Strong organizational skills and commitment to accurate record-keeping. + Team player with a positive attitude and respect for a diverse workplace. + Must comply with all company policies and HIPAA regulations.
