Job Overview Job Title: CIO Portfolio Management Support Lead Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea Job Responsibilities Trace Systems is seeking a CIO Portfolio Management Support Lead to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The CIO Portfolio Management Support Lead will lead and oversee enterprise IT strategic communications and infrastructure initiatives for USFK. Primary Responsibilities: Formulate technical solutions for interoperability requirements adhering to USFK change management plans and DoD guidance. Develop, document, and maintain key US and ROK interoperability requirements in alignment with USFK configuration management plans and DoD guidance. Propose solutions, research new technologies, and analyze potential impacts to interoperability with a focus on technical issues across all levels of the OSI model leveraging Korean language proficiency for direct communication and collaboration with ROK engineers, and will deliver solutions and updates through written documentation and briefings. Provide technical and interoperability subject matter expertise and support for all related C4I/C2 cost share program coordination and requirements. Support members participating in the ROK/US C2 Interoperability Board (CCIB) meeting, the annual C4I summit and the Tri-Lateral Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) meetings between Korea, Japan, and the US. Provide organization and planning support between the ROK JCS, USFK, and PACOM J61. Provide comprehensive IT program and project management support in accordance with industry project management principles and meet applicable DoD and federal statutory and regulatory requirements. Perform an active role in B2C2WG sessions, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful IT project execution. Plan, coordinate, and support development of interoperability documentation and solutions, to include consideration for lifecycle management, cost, security, and other related factors, for briefing to organizational leadership. Minimum Qualifications An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret clearance. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Able to manage multi-million-dollar IT portfolios. Can articulate IT benefits to US-ROK interoperability in order to identify potential US-ROK cost sharing opportunities. Five (5) or more years’ experience with service level PPBE processes. Desired Qualification Defense Language Institute (DLI) Qualification Level of 2/2/2 for Comprehension, Reading, and Speaking in Korean. Education High School Diploma.
