Job Responsibilities,

Process and clear transactions and operation activities, adhering to established routines and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  Handle customer/internal stakeholder inquiries and requests, providing a positive customer experience at all touchpoints  Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process  Delivers and executes regulatory reports in line with regulatory obligations. Contribute to innovation efforts by applying knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation to optimize transaction processes.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market products and industry regulations, using this knowledge to ensure compliance in all transaction activities.

 

Qualifications

Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in loan operation, document management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor degrees or above
