**About this role:**
Wells Fargo's CIB & CB Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive Program Planning and Business Execution so that we successfully achieve target outcomes of helping customers, growing business, and improving risk management. The CLM program will achieve these outcomes by deploying new technology and capabilities, improving processes, simplifying requirements, and partnering across businesses and functions.
This role is seeking someone who excels at:

**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead and participate in cross functional initiatives and activities to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs and initiatives
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Design and lead routines to maintain visibility and alignment to initiative/program status, risk items, and actions needed
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Facilitate decision making and issue resolution in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, to support implementation of developed solutions and plans
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of Wholesale Banking products (Lending, Markets, Deposits, etc.)
+ Experience in areas related to wholesale client onboarding and servicing
+ Someone who has an execution-based consultant mindset Management consulting experience, or equivalent
+ Product roadmap and/or business strategy development experience
+ Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive in an agile working environment, and to transition existing non-agile teams to an agile and autonomous way of working
+ Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive level leaders
+ Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
+ Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
+ Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
+ Experience managing and executing initiatives in a large enterprise environment
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
+ Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
+ Ability to generate, review, edit, and distribute executive level reports
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Must be able to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents with the ability to note critical takeaways
+ Proven ability to understand the needs and interests of different target audiences
+ Works independently while keeping management informed
