As a Sales Trader on our High Touch Sales Trading team, you will be responsible for executing client orders through direct market access and algorithmic trading. You will share responsibility for product development and IT initiatives, working in a dynamic and busy trading floor environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage execution, liquidity, and exposure while supporting all aspects of the trading desk. Conduct pre-trade analysis, research index constituent changes, and design optimal strategies for large trades. Evaluate market developments to provide clients with accurate information. Contribute to revenue and client franchise; exploit revenue opportunities and minimize loss potential. Leverage technology and analytics for client execution and idea generation. Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and being responsive. Establish competence with clients around executing trades. Understand market drivers, market moves, and possess a thorough understanding of fundamental and technical aspects of the market.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Trading or similar role. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written. Ability to balance analytical and technical skills with proven instinct. Exhibit sound judgment under pressure and maintain composure in challenging trading environments. Communicate concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally and in documentation. Discuss understanding of market variables and their impacts on products. Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments; provide a solution-based framework to business practice and clients.
