CIB – Digital Document Services Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Digital Document Services team, where you can leverage your communication skills and experience to make a significant impact. As a Payments Client Services Specialist within the DDS – Digital Document Services team, you will work closely with Payments clients to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to develop an effective operating framework.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions for prompt resolution within set time-frame parameters.Work with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in various locations and the global document management team in India, US, and UK.Ensure productivity and quality are maintained as key performance measures, producing high-quality work to succeed in the organization.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office is a must.Advanced English skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work to deadlines.Strong organizational skills.Graduated from Law School, Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar companies.
