-Establish Saving roadmap and ensure follow up to achieve saving task established by plant management 
-Provide needed training on Continuous Improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma…) 
-Use standard tracking and reporting systems, prepare detailed plans, drive Improvement project performance, and actively assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals.
