Main Missions :
Lead continuous improvement activities in the business sector Reduce production costs and optimize production processes Undertake activities within the continuous improvement process Actively seek opportunities for improvement and new initiatives Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the organization Maintain and apply the principles of 5S, LPA and Kaizen projects Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position Responsibility for the operation of the continuous improvement process (including responsibility for process results, monitoring of process indicators and corrective actions related to the process) Commit to respecting the principles of the environmental, health and safety management systems and the IATF in place in the establishment.
To be successful for this role :
Holder of an engineering degree in industrial engineering or similar (Bac+5) Minimum 2 years of experience as a continuous improvement engineer or similar in an automotive industry (Highly desirable) Mastery of Kaizen, 5S and LPA tools, Good knowledge of the requirements of the automotive industry
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in both French and English is required
