Main Responsabilities Operational Efficiency: Drives LEAN initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput. Cost Optimization: Leads projects that deliver measurable cost savings through smarter resource utilization and process enhancements. Quality Excellence: Applies structured methodologies to improve product quality, reduce variation, and enhance customer satisfaction. Team Empowerment: Facilitates Kaizen events and coaching cross-functional teams to foster a proactive, improvement-driven mindset. Standardization and Sustainability: Ensures consistent application of best practices and sustaining improvements across the operation. Activities Coordination: Leads the coordination and facilitation of regular follow-up meetings with the Operations Staff to track progress on continuous improvement initiatives. Organizes and supports events related to the deployment of the annual strategy, CI X-change ensuring alignment with operational goals and engagement across teams. Visual Management and Shop Floor Engagement: Drives 5S implementation and conducts regular GEMBA walks focused on improving performance across key operational metrics and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Cultural Leadership: Inspires and mobilizes production and salaried teams to embrace continuous improvement as a shared responsibility. Builds strong engagement through clear communication, recognition, and inclusive problem-solving. What Skills You Need Strong Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI Tools: Proficient in methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and GEMBA walks. Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results. Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying root causes, interpreting data, and proposing effective solutions to improve operational metrics. Communication and Facilitation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage teams, lead meetings, and drive alignment across departments. Team Leadership and Coaching: Capable of motivating both salaried and hourly teams to embrace continuous improvement and sustain change. Strategic Deployment: Experience in supporting the rollout of annual strategies and aligning CI activities with business goals. Change Management: Comfortable navigating resistance, building consensus, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Data Analytics and Visualization: Proficient in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other analytics platforms to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
