CI Coordinator

The role of Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator is to ensure that continuous improvement principles—often based on Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies—are embedded into the organization’s operations. Acting as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and track progress.
What will your responsibilities be?
Project ManagementPlan, execute, and monitor CI projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes.Track project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.Data Analysis & ReportingCollect and analyze performance data (KPIs, metrics).Use tools like Pareto charts, control charts, and process mapping.Report on CI initiatives’ impact and ROI to stakeholders.Training & CoachingEducate staff on CI tools and methodologies.Coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, or other frameworks.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with department heads and frontline employees.Communicate CI goals and progress effectively.Encourage employee involvement and feedback.Standardization & DocumentationDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure best practices are documented and shared.Support audits and compliance efforts.
