CI Coordinator

The role of Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator is to ensure that continuous improvement principles—often based on Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies—are embedded into the organization’s operations. Acting as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and track progress.

What will your responsibilities be?

Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and areas for improvement across departments.Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions.Lead or support Kaizen events and improvement workshops.

Project ManagementPlan, execute, and monitor CI projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes.Track project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.

Data Analysis & ReportingCollect and analyze performance data (KPIs, metrics).Use tools like Pareto charts, control charts, and process mapping.Report on CI initiatives’ impact and ROI to stakeholders.

Training & CoachingEducate staff on CI tools and methodologies.Coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, or other frameworks.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with department heads and frontline employees.Communicate CI goals and progress effectively.Encourage employee involvement and feedback.

Standardization & DocumentationDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure best practices are documented and shared.Support audits and compliance efforts.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Engineering degree3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environmentHands-on involvement in process improvement projectsLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred)Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause AnalysisProficiency in data analysis toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and facilitation skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
