We are seeking to hire a Black Belt Process Improvement Manager, Asia, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the deployment of the strategic plan and assessing the current and desired future state KPI’s for the business. You will help shape the initiatives that the Center of Excellence team will undertake and lead the planning and execution of future improvements that meet the business needs.
This role can be based in Singapore, Taiwan or Korea, and will report to the Head of Customer Fulfilment Excellence.
Your Role
Collaborate with Customer Fulfilment Heads and leadership to develop improvement plans that address gaps, facilitating business process management and continuous improvement initiatives.Guide project leaders and teams in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, such as DMAIC, PDCA, root cause analysis, risk assessment/FMEA, kaizen, design for six sigma, and mistake-proofing.Coach and mentor COE peers while participating in daily problem-solving activities focused on knowledge transfer.Continuously identify, share, and promote the adoption of best practices to eliminate waste and enhance performance.Prioritize multiple projects, manage complex tasks, maintain organization, and consistently follow through under pressure to meet deadlines.Drive COE process management to ensure all sites have effectively implemented and are practicing business processes.Extract data from various databases; conduct exploratory data analysis, cleanse, manipulate, and aggregate data.Utilize strong research skills to test hypotheses and derive insights that support our goal of becoming an industry leader in resource efficiency.Employ predictive modeling, regression analysis, and other statistical tools to evaluate data and formulate conclusions and projections.Apply basic statistical concepts and descriptive statistics to analyze and describe relationships within the data.Develop predictive models and conduct complex descriptive analytics, clustering, and process-based analysis.Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are preferred.Over 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and process management, with more than 5 years leading multi-site CI programs in manufacturing.Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights.Experienced in engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels globally.Proficient in strategic planning and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.Fluent in both Chinese and English, in written and verbal communication.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Skilled in multidisciplinary business applications and cross-functional collaboration.Proficient in statistical analysis, data modelling, and database exploration.Demonstrated success in delivering measurable process improvements and cost reductions.Extensive expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools and DMAIC methodology to tackle business challenges.
